Class of 2006

Geno Auriemma 

Connecticut Coach Geno Auriemma has won five national championships and had two undefeated seasons.   He he has been named National Coach of the Year five times and captured 14 Big East regular season titles.  Geno joins Hall of Fame Team  Geno’s early struggles lead to HOF career   Coaching is Auriemma’s passion  

 

Charles Barkley

Charles Barkley was an under recruited player at Leeds High School in Alabama.  However, he blossomed as a player at Auburn and then became a Top 50 NBA player of all-time.  Comedian Barkley also has message  Audio- Barney and Coach Benny Dees remember Barkley   Barkley grateful for those who helped  Charles will always be Charles 

 

 Joe Dumars

Joe Dumars has spent his entire professional career with the Detroit Pistons.  As a player he was a key member on two back-to-back NBA Championship teams.  As the Pistons' Director of Basketball Operations he laid the foundation for the 2004 Championship team.  Quiet Joe Dumars enters Hall quietly   Detroit Free Press honors Dumars with a 7-part series      

 

Sandro Gamba

Dominique Wilkins
